Rules And Regulations 

1.The entries will not be accepted after the date of registration has passed.

2.Entry fees are non-refundable.

3.All players must wear appropriate sports attire during the games.

4.Schedule of the respective matches will be released 1 day prior.

5.No delay will be appreciated at the time of match, any team not available 15 minutes before the match will be disqualified.

6.No change of players will be accepted after registration.

7.The decision of the referee shall be final and binding.

8.All the players must carry their university identification card with them or else they won’t be allowed to play.

9.Abusive words and fighting during the match are strictly prohibited, if found guilty, the team will be disqualified.

10.The committee reserves the right to amend the rules at any point of time before/during the tournament.

11.University is not responsible for any damage or misplacement of any belonging of the students.

Scoring System

1. Matches will be played best of 3 games of 15 points till quarter final and semi final onwards it will be best of 3 games of 21 points

2. Side winning rally add points to its score

3. At 15 all,deuce will be there till 20th point after that golden point will be there for 21st point and whoever wins the point wins the game/match

4. At 20 all, deuce will be there till 29 all after that golden point for 30th point

5. Service faults will be given by service Jugde

6. If a player gives walkover in one of the events he/she will not be allowed to play in the other event

Prize Pool- 5000*

Rules And Regulations 

1. Knockout matches.

2. Separate matches will be held for boys and girls.

3. Game time-total 40 minutes divided into quarters of 10 min each.

4. Time out-1 per quarter and 1 extra time out. The clock will be stopped for 1 min in duration. The referee must be informed before any substitution can be made.

5. Only 5 players from each team should be on the court during the match.

6. Team size 5-10 players.

7. If the score is tied at the end of the match, overtime of 5 minutes will be played until a winner is determined.

1 There will be 3 matches between 2 opponents , Player winning 2 matches out of 3 will win.( Best of 3)

2 The one who pots all the balls (stripes/solids) along with the black ball will win the match.

3 The decision and rules of the referee shall be final and binding

4 There will be no fluke shots allowed in semifinal and final matches , player has to call the pocket before potting the ball.

Rules and Regulations :

1. Format (Group stage/ Knockouts) will be decided according to no. Of participants.

2. Playing 11 with maximum of 5 substitutes can be used per game.

3. Each half will be of 30 minutes each with a 10 minute break between both the halves.

4. Teams are required to bring their own studs and goalkeeping gloves.

5. Wearing studs is compulsory.

6. The referee’s decision shall be final and binding.

7. In case of knockout matches extra time consisting of 10 mins each will be played and further penalty shootout will be played to decide the winner.

8. All teams to reach the ground at least 30 mins before kickoff.

9. Schedule of respective matches will be released a day prior.

10. The team should wear same coloured jersey except the goalkeeper.

11. Cheering is permitted as long as it doesn’t affect the flow of the game (decided by the referee).

12. Shouting out calls that are to be made by the referee is strictly prohibited.

13. Arguments/fight with the organisers / referees / players will lead to direct disqualification. 

14. All the players must carry their university identification card with them or else they won’t be allowed to play.

15. All participants must be MBBS students/interns with a maximum of 2 post graduates allowed.

Rules and Regulations:

:::Knockout Tournament

1. Entry fees are non-refundable 

2. Dress code – Only white will be allowed.

3. There is no limit to the maximum number teams per college.

4. Allocations will be done one day prior via lottery system.

5. Matches will be conducted with red leather ball.

6. Each match will be of 20-20 overs.

7. No delay will be appreciated at the time of match, any team not available up till 15 min before match will get disqualified.

8. No change of players will be accepted after registration.

9. All players must carry their university identification card with them, or else they will not be allowed to play.

10. In case of unavoidable weather conditions match will be stopped and postponed until further notice for any delay in first innings but any delay in second innings D/L method will be applied 

11.Abusive words and fighting during the match are strictly prohibited, if found guilty team will be disqualified.

12. The committee reserves the right to amend the rules at any point of time before/during the tournament in the spirit of the tournament.

13. University/College is not responsible for any damage or misplacement of any belongings of students. Students must take care of their belongings.

14. Teams are encouraged to bring their own kits.

15. All ICC rules shall be followed.

Prize Pool- 7500*

Rules and regulations :

1. Format (Group stage/ Knockouts) will be decided according to no. Of participants .

2. Five players from each team will be allowed on the ground including one goalkeeper.

3. Three substitutes will be allowed per team with rolling substitution

4. The referee has to be informed prior the substitution

5. The match will consist of two 15 minute halves with a five minute break in between.

6. In case a knockout match has been drawn, both teams will be given five extra minutes to try and score after which the match will go to penalties.

7. Both teams are required to reach the ground 15 minutes prior to the match begins

8. The team should be in the same coloured jersey, except the keeper

9. The referee’s decision will be final

10. Arguments/fight with the organisers / referees / players will lead to direct disqualification. 

11. All the players must carry their university identification card with them or else they won’t be allowed to play.

12. All participants must be MBBS students/interns with a maximum of 1 post graduate allowed.

13. Matches will be held on futsal mat, bring shoes accordingly.

14. Multiple teams from same college allowed.

Rules and Regulations:

Starting from outside

1) The outermost circle has score 2 times the number written outside it

2) The 2nd circle from outside has the score =the number written outside it

3) The 3rd circle score is 3 times the number written outside it

4) 4th circle score is the number written outside it

5) the red circle has 25 points

6) The bull’s eye has 50 points

-You will be given 2 practice shorts in the first round.

-3 sets with 5 darts each, total score will be added.

-After each round ,distance will be increased.

-Boys and girls will have separate competition.

-Top 3 positions will be given to best 3 scores after all the rounds.

Bgmi rules and regulations:

1. if anyone found entering the tournament without registration, they will be kicked out in an instance.

2. if any participant found using any cheat software which give them unfair advantage over other players then they will be disqualified from this tournament and registration amount will not be refunded.

3. no teammate swapping allowed after matches start.

4. no two teams should overlap substitutes or players, overlapped players will not be allowed to play from any team and no amount will be refunded so decide before registration.

5. changes in teams/ players can be made manually after registration, by contacting the organizers,uptill commencing of the matches. changes not allowed after matches start. any player can contact us for this.

6. please maintain healthy gaming environment and show good sportsmanship.

7. Do not use more than 1 account for single user

Rules and Regulations:

1. For SBD, DOTS will be calculated using Online Calculators and winner will be decided accordingly.

2. Weigh-in will take Place 30 min Prior of starting of competition

3. Three attempts per lift will be given and best of three will be counted. Weight will either remain same or will go up( if you try 100kg bench for first attempt than you can try 100

again or go up only)

4. Straps are not allowed for deadlift.

Squats must be atleast parallel. Knee sleeves are not allowed.

5. Best of individuals lifts and overall best will be declared.

6. Self declaration should be signed before taking part in the events.

 

1. Turns:

The first player would be chosen by a toss.The umpire would hide a carrom man in one of his hands,the player who guesses the right hand would play first .

2. Pocketing the Queen:

   – If the queen is pocketed but not followed by a valid carrom man pocket, it is placed back in the center of the board.

3. Scoring:

   – black carrom man is worth 10 point.

-yellow carrom man is worth 20 points.

   – The queen is worth 50 points if covered properly; otherwise, it returns to the board.

   – The player with the highest score wins the game.

**Fouls**

1. Striker in the Pocket—If the striker is pocketed, the player loses a turn and must place one previously pocketed carrom man back on the board.

2. Incorrect Striking— The striker must be flicked from behind the baseline, and it must not cross the diagonal lines on the board while being struck.

3. While striking If striker or coins goes off the board , then it is a foul..you have to put one coin back.

Other rules….

*The players may use any of fingers including thumb for shooting. However no parts of player’s body except hand may cross the diagonal lines.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Continuous points system is followed 

2. league matches will have “3 sets of 15 points each”.

3. Acc. to no. of registration 2 or 4 pools will be formed.

4. Top 2 from each pool will qualify for quater final or semi final ( depending on no. of pool formed acc. to no. of registrations)

5. Each team can have 6 players with only one substitute ( total 7 players) 

6. Winner will get 7 gold medals & 1 trophy, likewise runner ups will get 7 silver 

7. Bronze medals match will also be done before the final match, winning team will get 7 bronze 

8. Semi and finals will have 3 sets of 25 points each.

 9. In case of dews , game is to be extended for 5 points

 Rules and Regulations 

1. Winner is the first to win 11 points* 

2. If the score is 10-10, the game goes on until one of the players has gained a lead of 2 points Points are won irrespective who has served

SERVING

1. The ball must first bounce on your side and then on your opponent’s side

2• If the ball touches the net and goes over, it’s a ‘let’ – retake the serve

3• If it hits the net and doesn’t go over, you lose the point

4• There are no second serves

5• Before service, the ball rests freely on the open palm of the hand, above the level of the table

6• The ball should be projected upwards (at least 16 cm)

7. In singles you can serve anywhere on the table you like

8• Change servers every 2 points

9• If the score reaches 10- 10 change server every point

 10. In between a point a shot will also be  valid if the ball hits the net and lands back on the opponent side of the table , if it lands outside the table or on the same players side it is considered a foul

Rules and Regulations:

Tournament shall be conducted in two categories – Single mix, rapid(15+10)

                          Single mix blitz(3+2)

There is no limit to number of entries to both the categories 

1. In each round chess clock shall be used with time control .Once the round has started players have 15 mins each side with 10 sec increment in rapid category and 3 mins each side with 2 sec increment in blitz category. 

2. Tournament will be played on a knockout basis.

3. All FIDE rules will be followed. 

4. All other details will be given later.

5. Cheating with help of any source will not be tolerated, if anyone found cheating his/her entry will be struck off .

6. Entry fees are non-refundable.
